为什么用Media Player播放MP3时蓝屏？

　　在用Windows自带的Media Player播放软件播放MP3时，系统蓝屏并出现如下提示：

　　A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C18B5857 in VXD DSOUNO(03)+00002FF7. The current application will be terminated.

　　* Press any key to terminate the current application

　　* Press CTRL+ALT+DEL again to restart your computer.

　　You will lose any unsaved information in all applications.

　　Press any key to continue.

　　按任意一个键后可以回到系统桌面，但很多游戏和应用软件无法运行，频频出现错误提示，重新启动电脑后仍然出现类似问题，请问这是什么原因造成的？

　　可以从以下方面入手解决问题:

　　（1）您系统中的DirectX中的DirectSound文件被破坏，重新安装DirectX。

　　（2）您系统中的DirectX版本过低，对硬件的兼容性不好，请升级为高版本的DirectX。

　　（3）您的声卡驱动程序被破坏或与DirectX有冲突，重新安装声卡驱动程序或下载一个最新的声卡驱动程序安装。
